Shipping policy
At Tiffany Amber Designs, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read through our shipping policy for more information on how we handle your order.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

(This policy does not apply if your order includes both a sticker and another item.)

Shipping Method:
- All sticker orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Letter with standard postage stamps.
- Please note: This shipping method does not include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will not be able to track its delivery progress.

Delivery Time:
- USPS First Class Letter shipping typically takes between 3-10 business days depending on your location within the United States. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery during busy seasons or due to unforeseen postal delays.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
- As there is no tracking available with this shipping method, we are unable to monitor the progress of your shipment once it has left our facility. While most orders arrive promptly, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered mail once it has been dispatched.
- If your order does not arrive within 15 business days, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Upgraded Shipping:
- If you would prefer a shipping method with tracking, you may select an upgraded shipping option during checkout at an additional cost.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these shipping terms.
ALL OTHER ITEMS
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
Please be aware that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is only available within the United States.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments: Tiffany Amber Designs is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. However, feel free to reach out to us at info@tiffanyamberdesigns.com if further assistance is needed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there is an issue with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
