Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At Tiffany Amber Designs, we currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to reach out to us at info@tiffanyamberdesigns.com.

Sticker Orders – Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

All sticker-only orders are shipped via USPS First Class Letter with standard postage (no tracking available).

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days within the U.S. Allow up to 14 business days during busy seasons or due to postal delays.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

Since tracking is not available, we cannot monitor shipments after they leave our facility. If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days, contact us for assistance.

Upgraded Shipping

If you'd like tracking, choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout for an additional cost.

Returns

How do I return an item?

At Tiffany Amber Designs, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us at info@tiffanyamberdesigns.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How long does it take to process my return?

Since we do not accept returns, there is no processing time for returns. If you experience any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. All sales are final, so please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@tiffanyamberdesigns.com.

Do you offer special packaging or personalized notes?

Yes! While we don't currently offer gift wrapping, we do ensure that all products, such as bookmarks and stickers, are packaged securely in cellophane bags. If you'd like to include a personalized note with your order, just leave a message at checkout or email us at info@tiffanyamberdesigns.com, and we’ll be happy to add it for you!

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@tiffanyamberdesigns.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

At Tiffany Amber Designs, we do accept bulk or wholesale orders for certain products. Please email us at info@tiffanyamberdesigns.com with your request, and we’ll be happy to discuss pricing, availability, and lead times for bulk orders.
